What this GPT does. It reads documentation from our private BookStack via a read-only API and summarizes it for you.

Data sent to our API. When you use this GPT, relevant parts of your prompt and tool parameters (e.g., search terms, selected item IDs) are sent from OpenAI’s servers to our API the endpoint. We do not receive your personal IP; requests originate from OpenAI’s infrastructure.

What we log. Minimal server logs (timestamp, path, status code, user-agent, network metadata such as ASN/country of the OpenAI egress). We don’t log request bodies or store chat transcripts.

Use & sharing. We use data only to serve your request and operate security/rate-limiting. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising, and we don’t share it with third parties beyond our hosting providers.

Retention. Logs kept up to 30 days (for abuse/fault diagnosis), then deleted or aggregated.

Security. TLS in transit, token-based auth, strict allowlisting. Read-only BookStack role; no write actions.

International transfers. Our server is hosted in India; OpenAI’s egress may originate from other regions (e.g., AU/SG).

Children. Not intended for children under 13/16/18 (as applicable by law in your country).
